what is 500º?
500ºC is the perfect temperature for Napoli's taste to become full! In the Valoriani oven with burning wood, our pizza is being baked at a special high temperature: 500ºC. Just only the authentic Italian pizza could be baked at such high temperature. This temperature creates an ideal condition for a crunchy border with brown spots, while still keeping the softness inside.
The clients need to add a touch of Neapolitan to the restaurant, which is different from other industrial pizzas sold in the market. We do learn a lot about this style of pizza.
There are 2 kinds of pizza: Neapolitan pizza and the rest.

We think about some rustic vibes by making the styling random and natural. The pizza is not perfect but more like being eaten. Palette used in this concept is dark mood and background used is scratched to create the depth and emotion for customers experiences.
