Treat from the SEA.
If you ever search for any best treat from the sea, Ngoc Suong Seafood & Bar should be the one. Just a few steps away from the city theater, hidden a new gem of seafood restaurants that made us overwhelmed by the stunning exterior decoration. Ngoc Suong Seafood & Bar, like a child who has just come back from the West, is confident to take up the fame of its mother brand Ngoc Suong Saigon.
Delicacy, fineness, uniqueness and long-standing are all values that this brand embraces. Experiencing the new variations mixed between East and West, FPDB studio are down for all the charms of delicious yet impressive seafood at Ngoc Suong Seafood & Bar. It was that feeling that made us think of a project featuring only subtle, mesmerizing texture, impressive blocks and structures of the food. Yes, just the food.
After more than 60 years keeping its own place in the high-class seafood market of Saigon, the descendants of Ngoc Suong Saigon can still win the gourmets heart with a combination of casual-fine dining and cocktail bar, totally catching up on the new decade. FPDB decided to add dark mood using wood background to create a deep feeling, minimal styling that brings out the beautiful shapes of the dish. We want their customers to be completely convinced even when they have just glanced at each surface of the seafood, noodles or detail of crabs in the menu.
