Taking photos for the fine dining menu of La Maison 1888 Restaurant of InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort, we felt like we were back to the beauty of the originality.
As the beauty of high-class culinary creations by Michelin 3-star Chef Pierre Gagnaire, the beauty of unique panels ranging from colors, textures to pattern surfaces and the beauty of light in culinary photography. This combination, to us, is an opportunity to meet, flourish and interfere between the world’s top French cuisine and the ambition of a food photography studio that always desires to conquer new things.
The culinary art at La Maison 1888 where chef Pierre Gagnaire shows his talent is the crystallization of the endless creativity on the traditional cuisine. With FPDB Creative, those "creatures" are too beautiful to be beaten by any arrangement or layout, we chose to be subtle in the layout but fussy about the material.
Hence, as you can see, these wonderful dishes, whether appearing right in your eyes or ending at your tongue tip, are the masterpiece of La Maison 1888.
